What am I looking forward to at the end of 2007? Yeah, Christmas !! And I'll take few days off from work. It's time to clear my daun leaves. It's time to "eat wind" (makan angin @ 吃风). It' s time to 吹吹水. It's time to waste some hard earned $$$. It's time to go see-see look-look. It's time to jalan-jalan cari makan. It's time to 食大餐. Syioknya.

Ah Boy wanna eat spaghetti, hence I Spaghetti Bolognese for myself him. Actually hoh, I myself wanna eat the spaghetti but I ti(p)u him, telling him that I cook it specially for him. Don't tell Ah Boy the truth. Ssshhhhhhhh....

Ah Boy is now a happy and contented doggy. :P

Cutie Squeezable Bola

I cannot resist but to buy these two Fish Balls Bebola when I saw them in MidValley Megamall. (I went to See-see Look-look @ Memory Lane after the "buka puasa" dinner together with Sbanboy in Manhattan Fish Market when I was in KL in September 2007). So cute. So chu bee !!! The best thing is I can pinch and squeeze them, and they won't BITE !!

1. Selfish and egoistic beings who only think of themselves and look down on others.
2. Those annoying Red Tapes. Really YourStar.
3. Noisy and annoying kids. Grrrrrrrr.... They really get on my nerves. Get Lost Go Away!
4. Those annoying thick-faced salesperson who are very persistence and dun understand the simple NO. Really See Ghost.
5. Explaining the same thing over and over again. Wasting saliva.
6. Those who abuse and made fun of animals. Animals have feelings too. Imagine if u r the animal, what will u feel?

Cheesie Bak Kwa

Few days ago, I went to Bee Cheng Hiang (美珍香) to buy a kati of my favourite Chili Pork Bak Kwa/yoke kon and while looking around, something caught my attention.

Presenting the latest Bee Cheng Hiang product. The mini pre-packed Ez Cheese Bak Kwa ~ Bak kwa with a twist of cheese on top. Since this is the first time I come across the cheese bak kwa, the curiosity in me subconsciously made me bought 100 gm back home. And it's not cheap. 100 gm for RM 8+.

How's the taste? Very Ocipala. Mmmmm... Not my cuppa tea.

I still prefer my beloved finger licking good Chilli Pork bak kwa. Happily munching my 辣椒猪肉干.

Top of the World

Top of the World by The Carpenters (1973) is one of my all-time-favourites. The first time I get to know about this evergreen song was during my primary school days, thanks to my primary school friend who intro me to it. Since then, the song stuck in my mind till now. Isn't it amazing? Although Karen Carpenter has passed away more than 2 decades ago (at the age of 32, in 1983) due to complications related to anorexia, but her voice will live forever. This uplifting classic song, Top of the World always put me on the top of the world.

Following the previous post aka The Cat Museum. The Meowwwwww continues. Today I will play with language, using Malay, Chinese and English Language to demonstrate the revolution of Copy Cat.

Copy Cat
= Kopi Cat (Kopi sounds similar as Copy mah)
= Coffee Cat (translate Malay to English language)
= 咖啡猫 (translate English to Chinese)
= 加菲猫 (Coffee and Garfield sounds similar in Chinese Language)

The Cat Museum

Despite being a Sarawakian, I only visited The Meow Meow Cat Museum once. And that historical event occured during the CNY period in February 2007. Since Winn and Sengjai just posted on Cat Museum. Being copy-cat (Meowww...), I wanna post about Cat Museum too, using the photos I took 9 months back.

These two Guard Cats (standing next to the entrance) are given the important task to welcome every visitors to Cat Museum with a friendly Meowwwww.... Since it was CNY, the guard cats are "forced" to dress up with red coloured costumes.

Nearby, there are two other big cats guarding the Guest Book. Abuthen, the notti Angel, Winn, Sengkor and Nyonya managed to leave few sampat comments when the cats have emergency nature calls to the loo. Cats also need to pee wan mah, u think what?

A nice place to take The Meow Meow Group Photo inside the Cat Museum. And the group photo taken here are guaranteed not headless unlike the group photo of the sampat gang taken inside The Friendship Park together with The Admiral Cheng Ho :P

Today's theme is I love ... Beard Papa's Cream Puff

The sinful and delicious Beard Papa's Cream Puff. Choux pastry shell sprinkled with white icing sugar on top. Crispy on the outside and soft inside.

The cold, yummy and soft whipped vanilla cream custard filling. Finger licking good stuff and i love it (although it is pricey). :)

Leopard

LB and May have Leopard(s). And yet, I'm still happily playing with my Tiger dearie.

However, since they have Leopard, how can I be exempted? I must join the bandwagon too. *Kiasu*. Hence I adopted a White Leopard. Introducing The Manhattan Barooty, Lewis the Leopard. Everyone, say Hi to Lewis :)

I have adopted him since March 2007, even prior to the Apple Leopard era. Kkkkk. Cute leh my Lewis? This friendly Leopard is more than a soft toy, it also acts as a screen cleaner. By rubbing it's soft tummy across the MacBook screen, it helps to keep my MacBook squeaky clean. And fret not, this Leopard is very gentle and he doesn't bite. *pet Lewis' head*

ps: Maymay, hope your Mackie gets well soon and has a speedy recovery. Hopefully he will be discharged from ICU soon.

psss : To those blur sotong out there who still catch no balls, Leopard is the latest version of MAC OS X 10.5 operating system. Tiger is the earlier version of MAC OS X 10.4 operating system. And prior to Tiger is Panther, Jaguar and Puma.

NIKON lens

There are several instances that my faithful Nikon Microfiber Lens Cleaning Cloth is being mistaken as the cleaning cloth for my camera lens instead for my spectacle glasses.

That Nikon microfiber cleaning cloth is indeed for my Nikon spectacles lens leh. I don't have a Nikon camera. And the geniuses here know I'm using the Konica Minolta digital camera and Canon digital camera. Gua tarak pakai Nikon camera lah.

Remembering the night I kena sabo kaw kaw and the not forgetting all the ocipala hoo-hah @ Topspot Foodcourt, Kuching. *SWEAT*. Luckily I didn't piak them with sotong that night (as we were eating sotong at the same time). This Papercrazy is good at pulling my leg. Hahahaha...

I dun bluff nor ti(p)u wan. Good student don't ti(p)u, and good ex-student (yours truly) don't ti(p)u either. I have proof wan. See? I really use the Nikon lite AS 400 lenses for my spectacles. Nikon not only produce lens for camera but also for spectacles leh.. Kkkkkkkk...

Since I had ample time at the airport, I decided to play around and take some shots with my faithful and reliable camera phone.
