Flower

Can anyone enlighten me regarding the name of this plant? I know the name previously but now I forget.. :D I'm sure many have play with the seeds (when the thing is ripe) during their childhood time. Well, at least I did, a couple of times... :P

This is how the plants look like from afar.

Yan,
Thanks for the info...
The scientific name Jatropha Podagrica sounds too complicated...
Will just call it as Buddha Belly Plant

Cynthia,
Thanks to Yan, now we know the name is Buddha Belly Plant :D

Peace,
That's the only colour for the flower of this plant..

Jellyfish,

JoeC,

where did you shoot these? Jellyfish also shot them in Tech. Park. Looks like it can be found in many places. Whatever the name is, it reminds me of rudolph, the red nose reindeer, only this one is a red horn, or whatever you call that thing sticking out of a reindeer's head.

agus,
I have that plant in my house previously as well (in Sarawak). It's a common plant. Used to play with the seeds when I was small time.

That picture I took infront of Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (DBKS).

sk,
I get the name already ~ Jatropha Podagrica or Buddha Belly Plant (courtesy of Yan)
