Yes, exactly... stollen is kinda a fruit cake but in the form of bread. It's a very traditional one, created around in the year 1400.
Well, there's no plans at all, supposed to bring my mom for xmas lunch but she was too busy with her baking, so it's cancelled then I guess will stuck infront of TV.
Btw, your husband's family is christian so they are celebrating christmas? That's really nice, gathering with family to celebrate christmas :)

Great, your mum bakes her own sugee cake. I have never baked any sugee cake myself. The cakes were normally given by my in laws or their friends. We only get to eat it once a year, during Christmas time.
