I haven't write any posts regarding food for the past few days :) It's time to write one .. This is what my hubby and I cooked few days ago..
the Flower Crabs Curry.
The crabs are still alive... While cleaning the crabs, we noticed one of the crabs is pretty much loaded with eggs !! I can't resist but to take few photos of this crab :)
The ingredients that we put in :-
pineapples, tomatoes, lady fingers, lotsa small chillies, garlic, onion; salt and some
other spices... and of course
the flower crabs .. and not forgetting the important thing, the
Alagappa's curry powder. I like this Alagappa's curry powder cos it's very hot.. I like hot and spicy food :)
This is the end result ... the delicious and tasty flower crabs curry.. We brought the curry over to my father in law's house and have dinner over there :)

Oh yeah, I watched HOUSE (tv programe) last night. He refused to wear lab coat and his reason was "itch". =) how cool is that?

cynthia: I refused to wear lab coat too... I wear scrub shirt when I see patients :)
The last time I saw Chen seeing a patient(my wife), she was in her scrub too.
