Sick

Didn't update my blog for the past few days cos I'm sick..

On call last Saturday & it was a busy day for me.. Quite tiring actually & not enough rest .. :( Manage to rest around 3:30 am in the morning.. (Err.. Darren sent me an sms at 2:30 am telling me that he is taking the midnight express & now he was on the way to Penang). Aiyoh.. luckily I was awake & had case going on at that time, or else I will scold him back loh, for waking me up at this weird hour... kekke... This is the reason why he came to Penang :) Very touching story..

Just a side topic, hahha.. how come so many people like to sms me at weird hours one? :D Previously there's this Entreri sms me at 4:40 am telling me he sprained his ankle ; another time, kktan sms me at 5 am (I just went to sleep at that time (on call in ICU that day), so I didnt answer his sms, but walao.. he called me again later on at 5:30 am... ggrrrr.... )

The next day, I was down with URTI initially(cough, running nose & sorethroat), likely my colleague passed the germ to me :( ; Then followed by high grade fever with chills(up to the temperature of 39.1 celcius or 102.4 Farenheit), myalgia or muscle pain, retro orbital pain, malaise & lethargy.. Even no energy to walk. I check my blood for Full Blood Count/FBC (luckily platelet count normal, so unlikely to be Dengue Fever..) Too many Dengue Fever cases & Malaria cases around in the hospital for the past few days .

Drink so much water for the past few days.. Never in my life I drink as much water as what I have drink for the past few days.. Now, I'm recovering well :)
