Congrats, kktan

Congratulations, kktan for the arrival of your second baby boy :) The anxious father sent me few sms yesterday morning.. The 3.38 kg little junior was delivered via emergency LSCS at 1:38 pm.

Hey, brother, I didn't expect u to follow inside the operating threatre and witness the whole event :) Although it's something very common & can be consider as "bread & butter" to us in the medical profession, but it's not easy for lay man to do so..

And sorry for calling u so late yesterday night, cos I was very busy earlier on...

Quote what kktan told me just now.. " I want to experience what it takes for a wife to bear a baby for 9 months & give birth. The emotions are almost gripping & yet so touching & beautiful"

(I enclosed one of the photos here with permission from kktan)

kktan,
it's good that u r together with your wife n accompany her throughout the events... Keep it up :) Most husbands only concern when the wife give birth to the first baby only, later on for the subsequent child birth, they won't be around already...

I have seen cases whereby the husband cannot even be contacted on their handphones when their wives need to go for emergency caesarean section etc...
Very sad...

i make it a point to be there for everything.. including putting my boy to sleep everynight, going for my boy's first day of school, being there when he first walks and runs.... it is just amazing to bring someone into this world. great but yet a humble experience and seeing it grow day by day. this is what i call "unconditional love" a love for someone more than yourself... it may include the option of giving up your own life to save his /her if it has to. no regrets nor second thoughts .
