KL Kay Elle tomorrow. Going there buat apa? Saja-saja cos I have NBTD (nothing better to do)? Jalan-jalan cari Makan? Shopping spree? See-see Look-look? Meet up with old friends? Walking or Taking a Stroll down Memory Lanes? I also dunno but what I know is.. I haven't pack my luggage yet & I'm lazy... will do so later on tonight before I go zzzz :)

it's the rim holding the diaphragm of the sthetoscope in place. Not cheap though, although it's just a simple piece of plastic :(
