Don't know why... My luck was damn bad & "sui" for my past few on calls... Yesterday has been busy the whole day & including night as well... Basically it's something like "running" around in the hospital.. My leg feel so "heavy" already by afternoon.. Really feel like lying down on the bed if possible but too bad, I can't :( (hahaha, if I lie down on the bed, I think I will fall asleep straight.. :P)&... getting few referrals at the same time.. pager beeping non stop... I feel so exhausted already by the evening.. and yet there'r still so many hours to go.. Receiving a phone call from Gasman as well... I can't answer him at that time cos I was busy intubating one case ... And after I attended to all my referrals, then only I call him back :P...
Sorrylah,Gasman, reply u so late, but I was indeed very busy... Btw, u say u are just informing me about the case, but at the end, I take over the case as well lah... but my ICU is full house, so we lodge the patient in the CCU, but still under our care.. She needs hemodialysis today.. Aiyoh.. half of my ICU is the patients that referred from your hospital lah.. One is the leptospirosis guy, (like PR in our ICU already, staying here for more than 50 days already...), one is the snake bite case and another one is the intra abdominal sepsis secondary to anastomotic leak... follow by this case... Btw, don't send any more cases over here again lah.. :P hahahaa....(just joking lah..) I even have one patient on differential lung ventilation in ICU as well.. hooked up to two ventilators on DLT (double lumen tube).
So fast, today is 1st of July already... Today have lotsa things to settle.. By the time I finish handling over the cases & doing morning rounds, it's past 10 am already.. Have to settle my on call claim & write two POMR (perioperative mortality review) reports.. both are neuro surgical cases..(Most of these mortality cases are neuro surgery cases...) If doing emergency craniotomy for evacuation of hematoma during on call, most of the time, will end up writing POMR :( Have to settle all these things cos I won't be around for the next whole week(going to KL)... We're given one week to write those reports..So, like it or not, I have to finish writing the reports by today..
By the time I reach home, it's 1 pm already.. I just rest for a short while, then go out again to settle my credit card bills & handphone bills.. and went back to the hospital again to settle my stuffs... Went to my father in law's place for dinner & fetch my little doggy back home :) I put my dog over there for the past two days.. Tonight I will go to bed early... :)

normally we will refer those times as 12 something in da morning, 1 something in da morning and so on...

I guess your "real identity" a week or two ago already, and apparently I get it correct, ahhaha.. Don't ask me how I get to know that now, I will tell u later on.. (btw, I know your full name as well lah.. :P) And I think I still have a vague memory of how u look like :)
Yeap, there'r lots of sensitive issues that can't be discuss openly over here..As usual lah, lots of frustration in work place and really needs some space to "ventilate" all these out.. I have lotsa other things that I wanted to say, but better not to mention it over here lah.. Cos some have sensitive elements :) If u want or interested, then can talk about that at some other times in other personal or private settings lah, not discuss here openly :D
Btw, I give a long reply at your blog already :P Like writing a short essay over there, hahaha....
